The Founder Former Mayfair PA
With over 20 years of experience supporting C-Suite Executives, Heads of Business and senior leaders across investment banking, finance and government. Throughout my career, I have managed complex diaries, coordinated international travel, organised senior-level meetings and supported leaders attending major industry and international events. This has given me a strong understanding of the pressures senior professionals face and the importance of finding venues that are genuinely relevant, worthwhile and aligned with their professional goals.
My expertise comprises the organisation of private dining, executive offsites, strategy days, leadership conferences and VIP hospitality by selecting the perfect venue through to managing guest lists, recording attendance and dietaries, seating plans, travel arrangements offering a full secretarial service including coordination on the day. I bring the same level of attention to detail and discretion to event finding, carefully identifying venues where clients can build meaningful relationships to strengthen their professional networks.
Nina was able to find the perfect venue for an event during London Climate Action week this year, she quickly provided a short list of highly suitable private dining venues within budget. The venue was perfectly located near the office and provided the perfect setting for our dinner.

Nina is brilliant to work with. She's got an incredible eye for detail and doesn't settle for anything less than the best. Having worked with her on some of her internal events over the years, we've had the pleasure of hosting several of her events. As someone who gets to work with lots of people on events, she has such a commitment to finding great spaces that if you're ever looking for a recommendation on where to go she'll have a list of the best private dining spaces around!
